Conditions

The above is a general price indication. The prices are based on:

  • 2 persons additional people EUR 10/night
  • final cleaning EUR 40
  • including full WIFI ADSL (upto 20 MBs upload – 100MB/s download) free unlimited download
  • A tourist tax of € 5/day/person for maximum 8 days. Children up to 14 years excluded.

Feel free to ask for specific rates, i.e. for a longer stays, more people.

In case you are interested in additional services, do not hesitate to contact us. It is for example possible to take Italian Language courses through a licensed teacher, who can assist you during your stay and improve your language skills.
